  • No. We don’t provide medical care, prescriptions, or diagnoses. Our role is to help you understand what you’ve already been told by your provider, so you can make informed decisions moving forward.

  • Blush sessions are designed to help you feel confident and informed in your care not confused or rushed.

    Common topics include:

    • Understanding Pap smear results or STD testing

    • Preparing for an OB/GYN visit

    • Learning about common gynecologic conditions like endometriosis or PCOS

    • Knowing what questions to ask at your next appointment

    • Helping you make sense of lab results or imaging reports your provider has already reviewed with you.

    • Exploring fertility, menstrual cycles, or postpartum health

    We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or prescriptions.

  • Not at all. Blush is a complement to your care not a replacement. We help fill in the gaps between appointments and give you clarity so you can use your medical visits more effectively.

  • No. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment plans, and we do not act as your primary healthcare provider.

    Our role is to offer education, coaching, and insight grounded in evidence-based practice so you feel more confident navigating your care.

    We always recommend following up with your licensed provider to make medical decisions and discuss treatment options.

  • To get started, simply fill out the consultation request form linked under your chosen service. Within 72 hours, you’ll receive an email letting you know if your request has been approved. If approved, we’ll send you a private link to complete your booking and payment. All consultations are held virtually through Google Meet, so you can connect from the comfort of your own space.

  • At this time, Blush Women’s Health Consulting is a self-pay service and does not accept insurance.

    This allows us to spend more time focusing on you without the time limits, billing codes, or restrictions that often come with insurance-based care.

    Many clients say this one-on-one support gives them the clarity and understanding they didn’t get during rushed medical visits.

    Payment is made securely at the time of booking, and we’re always transparent about pricing, no surprise bills, no hidden fees.
