  • No. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment plans, and we do not act as your primary healthcare provider.

    Our role is to offer education, coaching, and insight grounded in evidence-based practice so you feel more confident navigating your care.

    We always recommend following up with your licensed provider to make medical decisions and discuss treatment options.

  • Blush sessions are designed to help you feel confident and informed in your care not confused or rushed.

    Common topics include:

    • Understanding common women’s health terminology and screening processes (such as Pap tests or STI testing)

    • Preparing for OB/GYN or specialist appointments

    • Learning about commonly discussed women’s health conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, menopause and more

    • Knowing what questions to ask at your next appointment

    We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or prescriptions.

  • A one-time consultation is ideal if you’re looking for focused, short-term guidance around a specific concern.

    The Blush Membership is for women who want continued access to educational tools, structured support, and optional check-ins over time. Members have space to revisit questions, track patterns, and stay engaged with their health between appointments, without needing to book a full consultation each time.

    Think of the membership as a supportive, educational home base you can return to as questions evolve.

  • To get started, simply fill out the consultation request form linked under your chosen service. Within 72 hours, you’ll receive an email letting you know if your request has been approved. If approved, we’ll send you a private link to complete your booking and payment. All consultations are held virtually through Google Meet, so you can connect from the comfort of your own space.

  • At this time, Blush Women’s Health Consulting is a self-pay service and does not accept insurance.

    This allows us to spend more time focusing on you without the time limits, billing codes, or restrictions that often come with insurance-based care.

    Many clients say this one-on-one support gives them the clarity and understanding they didn’t get during rushed medical visits.

    Payment is made securely at the time of booking, and we’re always transparent about pricing, no surprise bills, no hidden fees.
